Project completion, in general, is not unlike any other phase of work. Although we gradually work toward completion in everything we do, as the project approaches a 30-day countdown our focus begins to shift to owner occupancy. During this time all systems are tested, final inspections are received, warranty and project information is compiled, and punch items are completed.

After occupancy we simply remain "on call" for our clients throughout the first year and provide whatever is needed from warranty service to operational information. Many of our clients prefer to keep our involvement long past the warranty period, in which we continue to provide service on a simple hourly basis.
