Standing the test of time
Jim Guida learned the building trade from his father, a lifelong carpenter, craftsman and contractor. At the age of 24, he launched his own remodeling business, where he experienced firsthand how different materials and methods of construction performed, and which stood the test of time.
By the 1990s Jim had developed a reputation as a competent contractor and high-end remodeler, and began building custom homes. In 2005, the company began work on Heritage Park, the valley's first sustainable neighborhood. For more than 30 years the company has established a reputation for its commitment to clients and dedication to uncompromising construction practices that remain timeless.
